Leak from radiator in hallway phoned numerous companies Umbrella responded immediately great communication arrived at eta time really pleasant knowledge guy who explained everything got the job done in super quick time even helped to clean up a 10/10 service from start to finish it’s no wonder why the company has grown so quickly first class service and as someone who does not post reviews hardly ever I thought I would be doing the company a disservice not to.👍

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Umbrella Plumbing. Their engineers are polite, professional and punctual. We recently had an issue with a tricky radiator valve and, after a quick fix that failed, Umbrella Plumbing arranged for a speedy replacement and were extremly helpful in resolving the issue. Issue with heating system was sorted out within 24h of contacting them. They came out quickly and identified the issue straight away — the hot water supply pump needed replacing. Once I bought the pump, they fitted it quickly and efficiently. Nearly had a panic attack as we were due to go away too. Contacted these guys (they came highly recommended on a local Facebook group), and within 30 minutes their van was on my driveway. The service we received from Saleem today was nothing short of exceptional and considerate. He made certain that all aspects of the heating system was checked thoroughly before submitting his findings. so that whatever needs to get done to resolve the issue would get done correctly.

Absolutely Top class service. Job undertaken and resolved no hassle no mess five stars. I am an installer and I had drilled into a gas pipe one simple phone call and all of my fears and worries were taken on board super service. I hope never to use again, but if I do need, I know who I would call. Repeat again Top class service. ( please know it was me that took the plaster board off. I did make a hash of it.)

Had a leak on a Sunday, and Umbrella Plumbing sent a plumber out the same day, just a few hours after I reported the issue. The plumber, Saleem, was very friendly and professional. He quickly identified the problem, contained the leak efficiently, and explained the next steps. Overall, Saleem was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend! Contacted my landlord with issue on the boiler and Saleem (Umbrella plumbing & heating LTD) called me after 10 mins with regarding the issue and came in to have a look, after 10-15 mins it’s been fixed and guided me with the boiler. worked very efficient and safely.
